The product
ImportHawk provides quarterly competitive intelligence derived from public US Customs bill-of-lading data for selected companies in a category. Reports are for your internal business use under the plan you purchase. Redistribution or resale of report contents requires a written license.
No advice
Reports are informational. They are not legal, financial, or sourcing advice. Customs records can be incomplete or delayed; we match and score confidence in good faith but do not warrant perfection.
Billing
Paid plans renew each quarter until cancelled. Founding discounts, when offered, apply as stated at checkout. Refunds are handled case by case before the next billing cycle.
