ImportHawk (operated by Grand Roma LLC) collects only what we need to run the product and respond to you.

What we collect

• Email and category interest when you join a waitlist or subscribe.
• Billing details processed by our payment provider (we do not store full card numbers).
• Basic site analytics (pages viewed, referrer) to improve the product.
• Messages you send to hello@importhawk.com.

How we use it

To deliver reports, manage subscriptions, reply to requests, and improve ImportHawk. We do not sell personal information. We do not use waitlist email for unrelated marketing beyond the category you asked about.

Customs data

Shipment intelligence in our reports comes from public US Customs bill-of-lading records about commercial importers, not from consumer personal data.
